Good question. I am glad that you take glutamine (which was part of my thesis), and whey protein is a necessity.

Depending on the size ... take 5g glutamine and 20-30g of protein before training and 5G .... 40-50G glutamine and protein as soon as possible after the workout ... Some people say that taking protein before training gives them an upset stomach during their training ...... not for me ....

And certainly in response to the Whiz Kid, some do not end so ... But the sun can cause cancer, so do not go out into the open ...

Protien is a big part of mustles building, so that the rest of boneless meat Protien perhaps less able, from broken bones and increases the risk of breaking.
