The consumption of vitamin A is well below the toxic dose to 25,000 IU of vitamin A taken daily.

Drawn Taking more than 10,000 IU per day will be considered an exaggeration.

A pregnant woman can kill a child with birth defects if taken more than 8,000 IU of vitamin A per day to be on the safe side, it would be better if it is clearly supported by 5,000 IU per day. With less than 2,500 IU per day, it would be even better.
